I sintomi includono indolenzimento intermittente o fisso (in<br>prossimit\u00e0 o sul trocantere), abduzione dell\u2019anca indebolita o dolorante che causa una<br>consistente deviazione dell\u2019andatura nella corsa.<br>La debolezza dei muscoli abduttori, pu\u00f2 incrementare un compenso posturale e di<br>conseguenza, modifica della postura durante la corsa. Tale compenso, se avviene ad ogni<br>ciclo di deambulazione, pu\u00f2 determinare uno sfregamento dei tendini glutei al punto che<br>questi vanno incontro a degenerazione da attrito.<br>Infatti la causa principale della borsite pu\u00f2 essere ricercata nella tendinopatia con<br>conseguente ispessimento o rottura dei muscoli laterali del bacino.<br>Per questo \u00e8 importante diagnosticarla nel modo corretto e nei tempi giusti.<br>Poich\u00e9 \u00e8 una sindrome acuta, la cura \u00e8 inizialmente medica con la somministrazione di<br>FANS (farmaci anti-infiammatori non steroidei) ed infiltrazioni per interrompere<br>l\u2019infiammazione. Dopo ci\u00f2 \u00e8 importante il riposo funzionale, ghiaccio e la fisioterapia.<br>La fisioterapia agisce sulla gestione del dolore grazie alla terapia fisica strumentale (tecar<br>e laser), terapia manuale (tecniche di detensione miofasciali) delle strutture circostanti.<br>Dopo la gestione del dolore \u00e8 essenziale il ritorno alla corsa, quindi si fanno esercizi di<br>mantenimento della forza e del trofismo dei muscoli glutei e se necessaria, la rieducazione<br>posturale effettua un lavoro globale su tutto il corpo per prevenire eventuali recidive<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>di ANDREA ORLANDO fisioterapista ufficiale Runner Trainer Cos\u2019\u00e8 e come si tratta la Borsite Trocanterica.La [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":955,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[1],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.8 -
