Raffaele Iorio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla base di un dimagrimento che garantisca la salute e la sua<br>protrazione nel tempo, c\u2019\u00e8 ovviamente l\u2019importanza del riuscire a<br>cambiare il proprio stile di vita, adottando una routine che<br>comprenda attivit\u00e0 fisica, corretta alimentazione e soprattutto un<br>corretto riposo.<br>C\u2019\u00e8 da dire inoltre che si possono comprendere nella propria routine<br>anche delle abitudini che possono aiutare notevolmente il<br>dimagrimento e la \u201cpurificazione\u201d del corpo, di giorno in giorno.<br>Una di questa, \u00e8 l\u2019allenarsi a digiuno.<br>Allenarsi a digiuno infatti comporta una serie di vantaggi: favorisce<br>l\u2019eliminazione dei grassi in eccesso, questo per le implicazioni<br>metaboliche dell&#8217;ipoglicemia mattutina. Quando ci si alza la mattina<br>il livello glicemico del sangue \u00e8 inferiore rispetto al resto della<br>giornata, in quanto viene innalzato dall\u2019alimentazione, in questo<br>caso, dopo aver mangiato appena svegli.<br><br>Allenarsi quindi senza fare la colazione consente al corpo di<br>utilizzare l\u2019energia di riserva, perch\u00e9 non pu\u00f2 attingere all\u2019energia<br>che ci sarebbe stata nel caso in cui avessi fatto colazione. Il corpo<br>attinge quindi ai grassi.<br>Altro beneficio dell\u2019allenamento mattutino a digiuno, \u00e8 il senso di<br>benessere indotto dall\u2019allenamento, che favorisce la produzione di<br>endorfine.<br>Successivamente all\u2019allenamento \u00e8 importante fare una colazione<br>bilanciata \u00e8 salutare, in modo da ristabilire i livelli della glicemia nel<br>sangue.<br>Come abbiamo visto quindi i benefici del l\u2019allenamento a digiuno<br>sono molti, bisogna sempre ricordare per\u00f2 che \u00e8 uno stile di<br>allenamento adottabile in caso di necessit\u00e1 di dimagrimento,<br>Rimane necessario seguire dunque sempre il consiglio di uno<br>specialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>dott.
