Forse per i meno &#8220;addetti ai lavori&#8221; \u00e8 una pratica poco nota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eccoci qua per spiegarne le caratteristiche.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Trail running: natura, tecnica e ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Questa disciplina fa riferimento a quell&#8217; attivit\u00e0 podistica praticata proprio sui &#8220;sentieri&#8221;( &#8220;pista&#8221;, &#8220;traccia&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Il sentiero quindi, di un allenamento o gara di trail running, pu\u00f2 essere: roccioso, con sentieri nel bosco, addirittura deserti e per piccoli tratti asfaltato o pavimentato (non pi\u00f9 del 20% del totale del percorso).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">E&#8217; un altro modo per sfidare se stessi. Per cimentarsi in percorsi nuovi e fuori dai percorsi podistici consueti. Correre su sentieri non \u00e8 di certo uguale a correre su piste o al parco!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bisogna prestare attenzione per evitare di compromettere la salute stessa del corridore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Esistono diverse tipologie\u00a0 di trail in base alla distanza:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li>Trail: inferiore ai 42 km;<\/li>\n<li>Ultra Trail: tra i 42 e i 69 km;<\/li>\n<li>Ultra Trail Lungo: tra i 70 e i 99 km;<\/li>\n<li>Ultra Trail ExtraLungo: pi\u00f9 di 100 km;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Come gi\u00e0 sottolineato, la tecnica \u00e8 importantissima. Noi di Runner Trainer siamo stati ospiti per un giorno, lo scorso 1 ottobre 2017, presso l&#8217; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atleticaroccadipapa.com\">ASD Atletica Rocca di Papa<\/a> dove grazie a <a href=\"https:\/\/myroad2utmb.wordpress.com\/\">Manuel Cavalieri <\/a>e Emanuele Ludovisi abbiamo potuto allenarci nel migliore dei modi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Abbiamo anche scoperto come i tappi di <strong>birra<\/strong> hanno aiutato nella tecnica <strong>Emanuele Ludovisi<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>[vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XoerpwnW3ls&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nel video successivo, invece, Manuel Cavalieri e Emanuele Ludovisi ci spiegano la tecnica per affrontare la discesa!<\/p>\n<p>[vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=P_hG6EgM-QQ&amp;t=150s&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Anche Runner Trainer ha la sezione di trail running. E&#8217; stata inaugurata lo scorso Aprile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Con le <strong>Corse Clandestine<\/strong>, Runner Trainer, promuove il trail running.
